Incredible New Build with so much character. SOLD! Making Modern Home partnered with the developers as lead Project Designer and Realtor. We worked from beginning to end on this one and just finished!   Don't you love the CasaBlanca cement tiles on the front of walnut butcher block island - they are from Rustico Tile and Stone.  The Ikea cabinets and cooper pendant lights create a unique look that is so different than standard builder grade.  The staging looks amazing thanks to Elite Austin!  Meredith at TwistTours really captured the space so well  Thanks to Avery Building Co for making the build fun and Ochona Architecture for the quality form!  We have created a home that is perfectly fit to tuck under the 200 year old Live Oak tree in the front yard.
