78704 Bouldin Investment Oasis

Making Modern Home recently completed the design for this 78704 new build bungalow in the walkable Bouldin neighborhood! Even though it’s a spec build, it will be lived in by the investors for 2 years, so we added lots of custom features to make it their home for now.
