Holly Alley House ADU

Completed 2016. This home sold for considerably more money than any comparable property. DESIGN PAYS!  This  850 SF back house "Condo"  is one of Making Modern Home's most successful projects in the Holly neighborhood of East Austin!  We planned it, designed it, managed the construction working with Co-Sci construction as GC, and co-listed it.  It's a challenge to fit a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in just 850 square feet, but great planning and classic modern cottage design can make even small spaces feel special! We love the walnut and white oak accents, the gray cabinets, Carrara marble counters, gold fixtures, gray penny tile, and Spanish tile. The 18' ceilings in the living room, dining room, and kitchen are stunning.  Not to mention, the roof top deck and 1 car garage! This innovative alley house lives large and is ready for a creative and fun owner!
