Expert East Austin ADU New Build - Sold

Completed 2018. This Accessory Dwelling Unit ADU is only 1,008 square feet but we worked with JH Architecture to craft a super functional floorplan. We originally wholesaled the lot to the investors: FireFighters Buy Houses/Loved American Homes. Then Making Modern Home spearheaded the project design down to the last details.
