The charming ADU new build is an example of just how much work and patience goes into crafting a thoughtful New Build in the City of Austin. This is an investment property for the most diligent homeowners I have ever met! Making Modern Home was honored to “fix” their ADU Alley House design that was “tortured” by all the tree root restrictions in Austin. We worked with the owners and architect to complete a plan that would satisfy the tree people and then waited a year for the permits. During construction, there were more delays! After all the effort the homeowners put in, I am truly impressed with the final product.
