ADU Alley House in Hyde Park

Completed 2018. Whether you call them Granny Flats, Guest Houses, ADUs, Accessory Dwelling Units, Site Condos, Alley Houses, B-Units, or Back Houses, they are all the rage in Austin right now! They are limited to 1,100 square feet or smaller - this one is just 990 square feet! ADUs are one of the few ways we can add more housing units in the central Austin core. Making Modern Home has extensive knowledge with designing, building, and even financing ADUs. There are a lot of restrictions with the city.
