Dana Ambs of Making Modern Home completed this project in November 2021 with ATX Development and Design. The previous owners had already completed an incredible addition and remodel to this one-of-a-kind Govalle gem, but we made a few tweaks and site improvements to accommodate an upcoming ADU.
