A REAL Downtown Loft in Austin?

Completed 2017. Austin is a “newer” city, so there are very few “True Lofts”. Making Modern Home redesigned this once boring, basic Sabine condo into a truly amazing, urban downtown loft. The whole unit was defined by the brick that we added (it's actually ceramic tile for $3 a square foot that can be grouted not mortered for an easy DIY project).  We chose a bold navy-colored wall, gold accents, and higher-end fixtures. Now the condo feels like a real downtown loft. We did have to work with a large existing sectional sofa in a tiny footprint, but we managed to find an unconventional, but highly functional layout! The investors expertly implemented the whole design and brought the great idea of the lofted second bedroom!  They are happy with the premium fully furnished luxury rental!  Are you looking for a downtown loft or condo?
