Completed 2018. When we found 2 lots side by side and ripe for development, we took it to a repeat investor client and worked as Project Designer from start to finish. Making Modern Home really made sure the designs bested all the others in the area and as a result ALL FOUR UNITS WERE UNDER CONTRACT IN JUST DAYS. We focused on keeping the plans functional (with JH Architecture) and the interior warm and modern, using wood tones, Clay Import tiles and black fixtures. The homes had to be private and accommodate a large hill and we also had to keep construction costs down for the 78721 zip code working with Co-Sci Construction.
